The album was constructed from 1-minute melodic lines created on the Aiva platform, which were then manipulated, altered, and extended in time. Next, most of the samples used were taken from sound libraries in the Bandlab platform archives, like someone going to the lost property section in search of something that has been lost and needs to be found.

Many of the samples used were manipulated in their musical tempos and sonority during the album's creative process.
